Sharing works even without a complete document set
Previously, the sharing request would fail if even one document was missing. Now you receive all available documents, even if some are missing on the client’s side.

You’ll have access to error details. You can see which documents the user didn’t have and when the registry didn't respond.
How online document multisharing works
The company needs to complete some technical setup

The user accesses the service via a deeplink or QR code and selects the documents to be shared through Diia by marking the appropriate checkboxes.

If the income statement is among the selected documents, Diia automatically requests a copy from the State Tax Service.

Once the income statement is received from the State Tax Service, Diia notifies the user that document sharing can be finalized.

The user confirms the request in the Diia app using the Diia.Signature. All selected documents are signed with the user’s qualified electronic signature and sealed with Diia’s official digital stamp.

The user confirms the submission of the document copies to the designated institution.
Safe and secure
Whether multisharing documents online or offline, data is always encrypted and can only be decrypted (and thus read and processed) by the partner who requested it
The copy is only sent to the partner with the user's permission, which is given directly in the Diia app before sharing
Each digital copy of the document includes details about who requested it, their department, and the date of the request
